Local Union 346

Local 346 is the northern most Local in the 48 states. Local 346 is a General Local with an average of 2,500 members from law enforcement to paper mill workers. Our jurisdiction is Northern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. From the Michigan border to North Dakota, we have members working throughout the United States in the pipeline and construction industries.

Local 346 has five (5) Business Agents and two (2) full time office staff.

Local 346 also has a Health Fund, a 401(k) Fund and a Health Reimbursement Fund available.
