Local Union 974

Local 974 was chartered on March 1, 1950 and currently has over 1600 members. Our jurisdiction includes Automotive Service, Parts and Body Shop employees. Heavy Truck Service and Parts Department. Rental Car Technicians, Vehicle Service Attendants and Counter Representatives along with Plastic Manufacturing facilities in the Twin Cities metropolitan and surrounding areas.

The Executive Board members are: President Bill Ziembo, Vice President George Beaving, Secretary-Treasurer Tom Tweet, Recording Secretary Paul McCullen and Trustees; Steve Aune, Kurt Benson and Brian Friede. Staff members: Administrative Assistant; Joyce Nerdahl and Titan Operator; Danielle Wylie.
