Joint Council 32 proudly serves 15 affiliated Teamster Local Unions representing members in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.  We lead the fight of our active and retired Teamster members and their families for fair wages, decent working conditions, good benefits and dignity in retirement.

Joint Council 32 serves as the umbrella organization for its Local Unions.  We assist them in organizing new members, supporting social services and job counseling for members and their families, coordinating bargaining and strike tactics, educating members and officers and fighting for pro-labor legislation.

Our members and Local Unions gain strength as part of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, 1.4 million members strong.  We are a dynamic voice for working people in the Upper Midwest.
