Teamsters JC 32 Scholarships
In collaborative efforts with the Joint Council 32 Executive Board, eight $2,000 scholarships are offered annually to graduating high school seniors. The scholarship competition begins October 1 of each year, with an application deadline of February 15. All students who have maintained a "B" or better average throughout high school and who are the children of active or retired Teamsters are eligible to apply. The University of Minnesota Labor Education Department assists in verifying the winners' qualifications. The Education Fund also sponsors two $500 annual adult-learner scholarships for Teamster members themselves. *Winners are drawn by lot.
