Fighting for fair wages, decent working conditions, good benefits and dignity in retirement, Joint Council 32 is the umbrella organization for 13 affiliated Teamster Local Unions representing more than 75,000 active and retired members in Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota.

We assist our Local Unions in organizing new members, coordinating bargaining and strike tactics and advancing pro-worker candidates and legislation through Teamsters Joint Council 32 DRIVE (Democrat-Republican-Independent-Voter-Education).

Through the Teamsters Food Shelf, Credit Union, Service Bureau, Retirees Clubs and scholarships, we help provide members and families with help through difficult times, as well as opportunities for education, training and workplace advancement.
