Welcome to Teamsters Joint Council 32

A Dynamic Voice for North America's Most Powerful Labor Union.

Fighting for fair wages, decent working conditions, good benefits and dignity in retirement, Joint Council 32 is the umbrella organization for 15 affiliated Teamster Local Unions representing more than 75,000 members in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.

We assist our Locals in organizing new members, coordinating bargaining and strike tactics and advancing pro-worker candidates and legislation through Teamsters Joint Council 32 DRIVE (Democrat–Republican–Independent–Voter–Education).

Through the Teamsters Food Shelf, Credit Union, Service Bureau, Retirees Club and scholarships, we help provide members and families with help through difficult times, as well as opportunities for education, training and workplace advancement.
